FENCE INSTALLATION

 Code-compliant & worry-free

We handle the unglamorous but critical parts. Utility mark-outs, permitting guidance, and pool-barrier requirements—before a post ever goes in the ground. Layout is snapped with strings/lasers, checked to pins and setbacks, and staged to pass inspection the first time. Heights, gate clearances, and sight lines are planned in advance so you never fight a city recheck or a latch that won’t meet code. You get a fence that looks straight to the eye and reads correct on paper—built to standards, not guesswork—so your project moves from quote to completion without surprises.

Built for seasons, not just summer

Longevity starts below grade. We set posts to proper depth with drainage stone and bell-shaped concrete footings for rigidity. Hardware is corrosion-resistant and material-matched for coastal air, chlorinated pool zones, and freeze–thaw cycles. Rails are leveled to the eye; panels are trimmed to fit odd bays; gates use reinforced frames and adjustable hinges that won’t sag after a season. We spec fasteners that won’t streak, and we lock hardware so wind rattle stays gone. The result: straight lines, quiet gates, and a fence that holds its shape through years of weather.

Clean build, clean finish

We remove and haul away old fencing, protect landscaping, and keep the site tidy while we work. Holes are backfilled, turf is raked, and the area is magnet-swept for nails and offcuts. Every latch, lock, and gate swing is tested with you on the final walk-through. If a slope needs one more trim board or a latch height should change for a child gate, we handle it on the spot. You’re left with aligned posts, true corners, and zero mess—so the only thing neighbors notice is how good the new fence looks.
